You’ll be dealing directly with our suppliers, buyers, inventory managers and others to ensure that we launch new products on schedule, while still complying fully with regulations and QC testing requirements. In fact, you’ll be involved right up to the packaging and labelling brief, helping to ensure that all the information we produce is correct.

There’s also an important role to play in dealing with customer complaints and returns. You’ll investigate the reasons for dissatisfaction, report back and find possible ways of resolving the problem.

We’re ideally looking for a graduate or equivalent in a technical or science subject area. It’s important to have an interest in the production of toys or electrical goods, and a working knowledge of relevant standards such as BS EN71, GSPR, EMC, LVD and BS EN60335 is preferred, but we’re happy to provide relevant training. Good communication and organisational skills will be important.
